Everything about this place is authentic Italian, including the service. The food is fantastic, but don't go here if you are impatient. It is an experience. You aren't going to be in and out in 45 minutes. It is clearly run by the owners which is amazing and they take special care to ensure everything is yummy.

Absolutely LOVE this place. Every time we come here we have the privilege of the owner Vincenzo coming to our table to visit with us and give us his recommendations ... about today’s dishes, travel to Italy or just to visit. It’s a cozy, family owned, handmade/homemade experience you won’t regret.

Classic traditional Italian, so my guess would be...salad. Not 100% on the dressing.
Yes they do, but, I don't think it's for every dish, sorry it's neen awhile since I've been there but i do remember some pasta was from scratch.
